The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Support recruitment process, including interview arrangement, phone interviews, document collection for Singapore and Middle East candidates.
- Screening resumes and following up with the hiring manager for HC requirements.
- Handle the company hiring channel and explore more, liaise with the recruitment firm.
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Support Payroll process for the Middle East branch
- Issuing of various employment letters.
- Employment Pass/ S Pass/ Dependent Pass application and Job Bank/LinkedIn JD postings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Manage the inventory procurement of office suppliers (stationery, pantry items etc).
- Receiving and forwarding calls.
- Liaise with building management to handle office daily operation matters.
- Calling for repairs maintaining equipment inventories.
- Assist other staff in the organization with their enquiries.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 2 Years working experience hiring / Onboarding & Offboarding
- Communication, organizational skills with multi-tasking abilities
- Teamwork (ability willingness with all levels of the organization)
- Fluent in Chinese as need to liaise with China Branch
