Job Description
  • Leadership Role

The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and development and compensation and benefits.
  • Employee onboarding & offboarding.
  • Creating and maintaining employee personnel files and ensuring employee information is up to date in the internal system.
  • Application and renewal of work visas.
  • Maintaining employee leave and training records.
  • Administering medical and other insurance as per Company policy.
  • Preparing monthly HR reports for management.
  • The full spectrum of compensation and benefits function.
  • Providing advice to the business on salary and compensation in line with statutory requirements as well as the Company's philosophy and guidelines.
  • Developing compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent.
  • Performing salary reviews based on market and sector specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
  • Providing support on offer management as required.
  • Overseeing and periodically reviewing the administration of benefits.
  • Ensuring the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
  • Partnering with both senior business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement Employee Relations best practices and programs.
  • Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
  • Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collating and analysing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
  • Implementing and reviewing leadership development frameworks and programs in line with the Company's leadership development objectives.
  • Other ad hoc works such as preparing work certificates etc.
  • Managing a team of 50-100 people.
  • Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
  • You ideally possess solid experience in Leadership Development.
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or other similar systems.
  • Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
