The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Providing support to the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and development and compensation and benefits.
  • Employee onboarding & offboarding.
  • Application and renewal of work visas.
  • Maintaining employee leave and training records.
  • Administering medical and other insurance as per Company policy.
  • Preparing monthly HR reports for management.
  • Advice on KPI and administer performance evaluation exercise
  • Managing various aspects of HR Operations including employee documentation, on-boarding and off-boarding, insurance and HR audits.
  • Creating, implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines.
  • Providing support for recruitment as required, including but not limited to conducting hiring needs analysis, conducting reference checks and employment contracts.
  • Supporting employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application.
  • Managing employee benefits and claims administration.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment of open roles including understanding business needs and drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders, reference checking and offer management.
  • Conducting organisational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
  • Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human resource or related fields
  • At least 2 year experience in HR
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Understand the need to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Willing to take initiative
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiar with Performance management and organizational KPI
