The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

  • Responsible for recruitment of vacant positions and ensure the hiring needs are met within the deadline
  • Handle full HR operations which includes but not limited to onboarding, transfer, offboarding, exit process and related letter preparation.
  • Contract renewal administration.
  • Work Pass Administrations and matters including application, renewal, cancellation, repatriation and changes.
  • Dormitory and rented accommodation related administrations.
  • Support in Safe Distancing Measures implementation and Rostered Routine Testing (RRT) requirement.
  • Relevant exit and entry approval application.
  • Ensure the necessary compliances are fulfilled as per latest statutory requirements.
  • Probationary appraisal.
  • Annual performance appraisal exercise and generate the summary within the deadline including letter preparations.
  • Responsible for disciplinary and grievance handling which in line with the EA.
  • Conduct inquiry and propose appropriate disciplinary action or termination with a proper documentation.
  • Review and revise the current compensation and benefit package to his/her superior
  • Collect data and review the current compensation and benefit scheme and to propose the package as one of the employees retention strategies.
  • Learning and Development requirements coordination and arrangement.
  • Related statutory requirements and government claims.
  • Prepare and submit all MOM and other government bodies and statutory reports and statutory survey forms.
  • Work with business units and staff in providing value-adding advice, support and service.
  • Ensure effective and efficient execution and delivery of HR policies, procedures and services in accordance with legal compliance and Company policy.
  • Regularly review HR operations and existing standard operating processes, identify and execute an opportunity for improvement to drive HR efficiency and productivity.
  • Office administration, assets and related purchasing.
  • Staff activities and celebrations.
  • Hamper arrangement.
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignment and HR projects as assigned.

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Development, Psychology or other relevant fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
  • Proficient with at least intermediate Excel skills is preferred.
