The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Work in an environment with plenty of learning opportunities.
  • Take and enter orders and follow up on delivery lead time in a timely schedule.
  • Primary sales contact for assigned customers and responsible to handle customers inquires timely and driving revenue through activities.
  • Have opportunities to explore and engage new customers.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders to achieve Sales Targets, KPI given, and grow Sales.
  • Proactively develop and manage strong business relationships with assigned customers.
  • Independent, resourceful in identifying new opportunities to market and promoting company value proposition to the customer as the distributors of choice.
  • Work effectively with global cross-functional teams to resolve client-related problems in a professional way.
  • Achieving monthly/quarterly targets as set out by the business.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2+ years of Sales/working or internship experience.
  • Experience in Electronics or Electrical industry is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, great follow-up, and Cold-Calling skills are required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, secondary language in Malay / Bahasa will be highly advantageous.
  • Able to apply creative problem-solving techniques to situations using sound business judgment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimum supervision.
  • Understand international business and cross-border rules.
  • Able to multi-task in an effective, timely, and professional manner.
