The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in preparation accurate and timely processing of sales order, sales discount, sales return documentation.
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Updating inventory levels or sales related document to customers/ customer ERP portal.
• Filing and scanning documents.
• Performing any other tasks as and when assigned by manager.

Ideal Candidate

• You are currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor of Business Administration.
• You have attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
• You have keen passion in IT products.
• You have proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You have strong communication skill to ensure smooth processing of trade transactions.
• You have good attitude & ability to work independently and as part of a team.
