The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan, visit, and assess current operations and internal controls for group companies.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for Headquarters in Japan and local management.
• Provide expert advisory services on internal controls and risk management for group companies across Asia, Europe, and America.
• Monitor and track the progress of internal control improvement projects with group companies in different regions.
• Assist the Manager in ad-hoc projects as required.

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.
• Certification: Preferably a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and/or Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
• Experience: Ideally 3-5 years of experience in the following areas:
• Internal auditing/internal control advisory at a manufacturing company or consulting firm for manufacturing companies.
• Risk management advisory at a manufacturing company or consulting firm for manufacturing companies.
• Operational efficiency improvement projects at manufacturing companies or consulting firms.
• Singaporean/Permanent Resident (PR) only, with Singapore market experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Language skills: Business Level proficiency in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in Malay, Tagalog, Japanese, and/or Korean will be advantageous but not essential, to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
• Travelling is required: once in every 2 months. (Europe/US/Philippines/Korea/Taiwan & Malaysia)
