The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Building and selling customised gaming PCs.
• Providing diagnosis and technical support for troubleshooting hardware, software and other IT-related requests from customers.
• Attending to walk-in customers’ enquires; responding promptly to enquiries via phone calls, text messages and online platforms.
• Answering queries and resolving issues relating to usage of standard applications and IT-related services with the customised PCs.
• Performing functional testing of features for PCs, including creating/executing test cases, raising defects and maintaining defect logs.
• Maintaining Point-of-Sale system, IT inventory records and simple admin paperwork (such as tracking of RMA stock returns to and from supplier).
• Managing prioritisation and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance and support.
• Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained
• Responsible for any other duties that may be assigned.

The Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Helpdesk/Technical Support/Testing.
• You possess a Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Information Technology or related field. 
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• You are highly results-driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
• You have a positive learning attitude
