The Job

 Your Responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for performing first level troubleshooting support for problems related to computer hardware/software and application systems.
• Staging of computing device(s), installation of OS, software applications and cumulative updates.
• Setting up of computing workstation(s) and peripheral(s) for end user(s)
• Provide advice and assistance to users on the usage of simple functional features of software and hardware peripherals.
• Perform basic administrative support, asset management and routine IT housekeeping services.
• Ensure the proper running of IT equipment and systems are in order so that office staff activities are not disrupted.
• Documenting logistic movements, deployment and retrieval of computing device(s) and peripheral(s).
• Reporting venue for work will varies depending on the instruction given by managing supervisor.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• Singaporeans and Singapore PR’s only.
• Experienced in IT support function
• Minimum qualification in NITEC / Diploma (IT-related course is a bonus)
• Good technical support skills
• Basic IT literacy required (know how to operate a Win10 Desktop/Laptop, and applications like; MS Word, MS Excel)
• Able to handle difficulties and asks questions/for help when in doubt.
• Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities.
• Excellent in teamwork, guiding and working with peers.
