The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Stockyard and transport coordination
• Formulates and develops stocking of racks that will maximize space and allows faster delivery time
• Confers with the Erection Engineer and/or the Planning Manager as to delivery schedule and erection sequence
• Sorts out the precast units for delivery and sees to it that they comply with the site requirement
• Prepare loading list
• Prepares the delivery ticket, retrieves it and ensures that thus receipt copy is signed
• Oversees loading of precast unites in accordance with the loading schedule, as in the case of HCS and appropriate loading manner for the precast elements
• Update the wall charts for precast components that have been delivered
• Before deliveries, photos are to be post in Clients WhatsApp group after precast components are loaded and secured
• Go to site to liaise with main contractor if the trailers do not offload more than 4 hours
• Prepare monthly delivery & timber report

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/Nitec, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (Precast ) is required for this position.
