The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Performing Order Management activities in SAP, including goods receipts and good issue in SAP.
• Leading and facilitating all demand forecasting activities
• Identifying slow moving, obsolete and aging stocks and proposing appropriate improvement actions proactively
• Providing support relating to orders, inventory availability and response to fundamental questions regarding order such as status, price, availability, tracking information, and order confirmation
• Managing inventory for allocated markets and ensuring optimum inventory coverage
• Planning periodic stock checks and stock takes
• Monitoring inventory safety stock level to avoid ‘’out-of-stock’’ situations
• Inventory control processes management
• Maintaining inventory level in accordance with company procurement policy & procedure
• Participating in process improvement efforts and contributing to logistics projects within Operations

The Profile

• You have a Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Business or relevant fields
• You have at least 1 year of FMCG working experience.
• Experience in SAP will be advantageous
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• You possess critical thinking and high problem-solving skills
• You have excellent planning, writing and communication skills
