The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Scheduling in-store appointments and visiting various boutiques to take pictures of their new collections or available items.
• Being available and reachable during working hours both on site and remotely.
• Obtaining relevant in-store managers contact details and working closely with them to obtain items requested by company.
• Purchasing desired items from boutiques, obtaining accurate invoices.
• Conducting meticulous checks to ensure all items are in good condition prior to purchase.
• Taking clear, quality videos or images of items, including unboxing videos and proof of delivery and purchases.
• Attending launches and fashion events to remain up-to-date with new products and trends.
• Consolidating and preparing shipments with accurate records of invoices and labels.

Ideal Candidate

• The ability to speak French is a plus point to effectively liaise with the Stakeholders of the region.
• Minimum diploma graduate.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in presenting themselves professionally.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Exceptional public relations skills and the capacity to build positive rapport with store assistants.
• Trustworthiness and reliability.
