The Job

Our client is looking for a Management Intern who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our client's projects, including product development, operations, finance, and team management. The successful candidate will be a natural leader, who can manage and motivate a team of engineers, finance professionals, and operations staff to meet company objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful completion of company projects.
  • Providing regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Managing cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across all departments.
  • Ensuring all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Leading the development of new products, working closely with the engineering team to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Overseeing the company's finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Implementing best practices in project management, operations, and finance to improve company performance.

Ideal Candidate

  • You have Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • You have strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • You have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • You have experience with project management tools and software.
  • You have strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • You have ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
