The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that health and safety protocols are adhered to.
• Keeping a meticulous record of income and expenses.
• Ordering ingredients in the correct quantities for the kitchen staff.
• Communicating with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints.
• Open and close the restaurant on time.
• Managing and operating the restaurant
• Analyzing the financial report, handling personnel and financial reimbursement matters;
• Rotating through various positions in the restaurant in the first few months to learn and understand the operations.

Ideal Candidate

• You have good Mandarin communications skills to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• You have a bachelor's degree/diploma.
• Min 1-year relevant experience in a restaurant preferred.
• You have good interpersonal skills.
• Will be relocated to the Philippines.
