The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

Manage & Supervise Gin Manufacturing:

• Oversee the entire gin manufacturing process, ensuring seamless operations from raw material sourcing to bottling and packaging.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process.

Leadership & Guidance:

• Lead and guide the production team, providing clear direction and support.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment to achieve production goals.

Optimize Manufacturing Process:

• Continuously assess and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality improvement.
• Identify and implement best practices to enhance overall production performance.

Ideal Candidate

Distillery Operations Expertise:

• In-depth familiarity with distillery operations, including spirits production, fermentation, and aging processes.
• Proven experience in managing the manufacturing of alcoholic beverages, particularly gin.

Leadership Skills:

• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to lead and inspire a production team.
• Demonstrated success in optimizing manufacturing processes and achieving production targets.

Quality Control:

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in the manufacturing process.

Problem-Solving Ability:

• Proactive problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions.

Collaborative Mindset:

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Brewing, Distillation) is preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a distillery or similar production environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to spirits production.
