The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Oversee the daily operations of the agency, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. 
• Manage and optimize project workflows using Monday.com to track progress and deadlines. 
• Collaborate with team members, including Google Ads, Facebook, and Display experts, to take campaigns from strategy through to execution and optimization. 
• Implement and refine processes to improve team productivity and campaign performance. 
• Ensure clients are continuously updated on campaign progress and results, maintaining strong communication and relationships. 
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for operational improvements and recommend strategic adjustments. 
• Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the team, encouraging collaboration and innovation. 

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in project management or operations, ideally with a background in finance or accounting. 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive operational improvements. 
• Proficiency in project management tools, with a preference for experience with Monday.com. 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. 
• Passion for process optimization and getting the most out of a team.
