The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Objectives: Support the Roll-out of the key marketing transformation programs in Asia which is designed to raise our brand awareness on how we serve our customers and the way we do business
  • Core Responsibilities: Support Marketing Head / Lead Marketing Manager as needed to execute medium to large-scale marketing programs
  • Partners with internal sales, product, and country teams to provide analysis and support across projects ranging from client events, case studies, video content, articles, and awards from planning, execution, and analytical support as needed.
  • Facilitate and coordinate with country teams, and global marketing teams on as needs basis to support the fulfillment.
  • Develops execution plans and suggest opportunities for improvement.
  • Independently analyzes key data elements supporting individual Projects or Programs; captures data through Interviews, 3rd party tracking web tracking, sales feedback, etc.
  • Manage senior Marketing stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates
  • Limited but direct impact on the Business through the quality of the tasks/services provided.
  • Provides Project Reporting as appropriate.
  •  Support program owner/management to achieve organization/project measurable goals/outcomes

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  • Education BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience. Master’s degree in technical or business field
  • Experience 3 Years 5 years
  • Certifications PMA would be preferred Lean/process knowledge would be beneficial
  • Skills Competency in usage of tools such as Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project,
  • Others
  • Good understanding of basic treasury and trade solutions concepts
  • Able to conduct basic financial analysis – financial marketing tracker
  • Good understanding of types of costs and cost behavior i.e. fixed vs. variable; PO’s, Invoice processes
  • Computer Skills
  • Demonstrates comfort in the use of MS Project to build and maintain a project plan
  • Demonstrates comfort in the use of MS Powerpoint to create commonly used productivity charts, generate insights
  • Demonstrates comfort in the use of MS Excel to organize and analyze data in the most efficient manner to generate insights
  • Demonstrates comfort in the use of MS Visio to document process flow charts etc
  • Core Business Analysis
  • Active role in the application of core business analysis tools to solve business problems
  • Clearly defines hypotheses
  • Defines problem, lays out approach and can structure analysis clearly/efficiently
  • Check/test data and assumptions of own work and others
  • Interprets analysis to derive insights
  • Demonstrates ability to translate analysis into slides/storyline - actively applies horizontal logic, vertical logic, and pyramidal logic where required
  • Ensures self and team adhere to Citi standards in communication: PowerPoint presentations
  • Independently leads work streams or small to midsized projects
  • Assists Marketing Lead in developing a project charter/scope of work
  • Develops and maintain project plans and alert Marketing Lead to risks
  • Escalates risks to timely/accurate completion of analytical tasks/work streams
  • Develops reporting and tracking mechanisms to capture productivity benefits achieved
  • Demonstrates an awareness of potential productivity opportunities for the businesses he/she has conducted projects in
  • Builds personal rapport with internal clients – sales, product, GEM, GPA teams etc
  • Can independently conduct meetings
  • Informed - develops an understanding of key data, financials, products/services
  • Is able to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication
  • Adheres to communication protocols in communications with senior stakeholders
  • Measures progress against timelines set for the performance of tasks, asks questions of subordinates and members to check for problems, and encourages reporting of problems by creating a non-threatening environment for the discussion of problems
  • Conducts progress review meetings to discuss progress and any barriers to progress
  • Solicits feedback from multiple sources during and following task completion
  • Contributes to the development of new tools/methodologies that improve production capabilities within the team/Bank
