The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Design & drafting of air-conditioning & mechanical system, fire protection system, sanitary & plumbing system, electrical system.
- Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements & authority submission.
- Liaison with Clients & Professional of other disciplines
- Salary: SGD $3,000 - $3,500
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Autocad
- Experience in M&E drafting for Building Services Design
- BIM experience preferable
- Able to understand and speak Mandarin in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region such as Chinese-speaking sub-con, vendors, suppliers, etc
