The Job

Key Responsibilities

• System Implementation: Install and configure mechatronic systems and components, including sensors, actuators, control systems, and robotics.
• Ensure systems are integrated and function as intended in their operational environment.
• Maintenance, Troubleshooting and System Optimization: Perform regular maintenance and inspections on mechatronic systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and fix problems effectively.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and productivity.
• Update software and firmware as needed to ensure systems are operating with the latest advancements and security features.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of system configurations, maintenance activities, and repairs.
• Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and maintenance schedules.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure systems comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Implement safety protocols to minimize operational risks.
• Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system operations.
• Provide technical support and training to staff.

Ideal Candidate

• Diploma or professional certification in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience and knowledge in implementing and maintaining mechatronic , electronic and control systems.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to work in Singapore. Visa application will be managed by company.
