The Job

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales figures, customer feedbacks and research on market trends to anticipate product needs & plan produce stocks.
• Ensure seamless process of stock to store after order is placed.
• Produce product assortment plans for physical and online store, considering monthly themes, seasonal shopping trends, etc.
• Monitor stock movement and prepare monthly markdowns, promotions, price changes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to plan and executive Visual Merchandising concept, store pop-ups, promotional activities, and events.
• Liaise with Buyers for stock ordering and stock inquiries.
• Liaising with stores and warehouse to arrange stock movement.
• Weekly and Monthly sell thru reports.
• Send monthly sales & stock balance reports to consignment brands.
• Keep updated with market fashion, beauty and homeware trends and changes in customer demand.
• Assist in store & event set-up & tear down as and when required.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Fashion / Beauty / Merchandising
• Womenswear and fashion experience is preferred
• Skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel
• Excellent fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Possess the ability to initiate solutions and suggestions
