Our client is a makeup and skincare brand that prides itself on being vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. They have produced easy to use products for beginners and are gaining popularity in Singapore.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Achieving high customer satisfaction with a prompt turnaround of orders
• Coordinating with the Operation Team to ensure all operational issues are handled promptly
• Administering returns, damaged and exchanges
• Filing and following up on invoices every month
• Updating pricing and promotions promptly and accurately
• Generating monthly reports and assisting with ad-hoc duties
• Assisting in packing of online orders during peak seasons

The Profile

• You have at least 2 years of experience in Data Entry or a similar role, ideally within an online sales environment.
• Knowledge/experience with Accounts Receivables will be an added advantage
• You are a self-motivated and meticulous individual.
• You are willing to learn and adopt a positive attitude.
• You are able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervisor.
