The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Ensuring the highest level of customer service by providing them accurate information and solving problems via calls and emails.
• Account management of quote to cash cycle, generation and conversion of quotes to orders where accuracy and responsiveness are critical
• Coordinating end to end order management which includes order fulfillment, shipment coordination, 3rd party requisitions, returns and payment liaison with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring orders are aligned with company policies, processes and legal requirements.
• Ensuring close follow-up of outstanding orders and issue with proactive communication to customers.
• Keeping up to date on sales discount and marketing, promotional programs and to administer these accordingly.
• Managing sensitive issues with poise and professionalism, escalate when necessary
• Providing support in business projects related to process improvement, customer experience, etc.
• Engaging in global and regional initiatives and projects, collaborating with other cross functional teams to achieve goals as needed.

The Profile

• You have at least 1 year of experience within a Customer Service or Customer Service/ Order Fulfilment role, ideally within the Pharmaceutical & Biotech industry.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
