The Job

This role is ideal for a proactive individual with 2-5 years of experience in administrative roles, who is eager to learn basic finance concepts and assist with the back-office operations for our investment activities. As a Personal Assistant, you will be entrusted with sensitive information, requiring a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the family, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and organize files and records, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with basic financial tasks, including data entry and reporting using Excel.
  • Support the back office for investments, including learning and applying basic finance concepts (training will be provided).
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all tasks and communications.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the family and the office.

Ideal Candidate

  • You have 2-5 years of experience in a similar administrative or personal assistant role.
  • You are proficient in basic Excel functions.
  • You demonstrate a willingness to learn basic finance concepts and support investment-related tasks.
  • You possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You can handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • You can multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working in a family office environment is a plus but not required.
