The Job

This is a full time on-site role for personal trainer at Lve Holistics Singapore. The personal trainers are responsible for educating and enforcing policies regarding safe and proper use of equipment. Individuals holding this position must be able to develop, document and implement one on one, partner, or group workout programs that match the needs and goals of clients. 

• Tailor fitness programs according to individual goals, considering existing chronic conditions, current fitness levels and health metrics
• Create training methodology and philosophy for LVE in accordance with the organization's vision
• Create personalized fitness programmes for our members, motivating and guiding them to achieve their goals. 
• ⁠Monitor member's progress and adjust their goals and programs accordingly, considering factors including attitudes, achievements, and feedback.
• Document client progress and provide stakeholders alongside proper benchmarking
• Ensure that members adhere to safety standards and that workout regimens are completed with good form.
• Evaluate clients physical needs, track fitness progress, set up fitness appointments , assigning appropriate fitness activities
• Collaborate with our medical advisory board to pilot and create scientific led training
• Minimum 2 to 3 years experience required in this field.
