The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and implementing a holistic and developmentally appropriate curriculum in accordance with the policies, frameworks and philosophy.
• Engaging, nurturing and motivating children through play and hands-on activities.
• Preparing age-appropriate teaching resources, setting up learning corners and maintaining a pleasant learning environment.
• Providing a safe and clean environment for the care and development of children in the center.
• Practising effective classroom management.
• Organizing and participating in the center events.
• Establishing and maintaining strong and collaborative partnerships with parents and the community.
• Carrying out daily caregiving routines like showering, diapering and feeding.

• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
• You have a diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching OR Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY).
• You attained an L2/L1/EY2 Certification by ECDA.
• You have a good command of English with at least GCE ‘O’ Level B4 in English, to be able to liaise effectively with different stakeholders across the region.
• You have a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
• You have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• You have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are a team player with a passion for equipping and inspiring young lives.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
