The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Delivering successful customer-centric products and solutions that differentiate our products from competitors.
• Engage customers and users actively and understand their requirements to help with product roadmap planning and assist Product Managers in executing the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to create a smooth user experience for job seekers and employers.
• Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
• Using data/research to demonstrate and propose feature improvements
• Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of your work.

Ideal Candidate

• You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• You have 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager or a similar role
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• Expertise in Product Strategy, Development & Launch, Startup Experience, and Agile would be highly valuable.
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You demonstrate success defining and launching excellent products
• You have the ability to collaborate with engineering and marketing teams.
• You possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• You have a passion for building delightful product experiences.
