The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing and managing activities from product definition & planning to production and release.
• Execute strategic roadmaps, growth development, launches for high product optimisation.
• Translate product strategies into high level requirements for development and implementation.
• Managing prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support.
• Working cross-functionally with business, operation and technology teams to ensure timely and quality release of product/ enhancements, manage project status, resolve implementation issues and mitigate risks/dependencies timely.
• Performing functional testing of features for release cycles, including creating/executing test cases, raising defects and maintaining defect logs and documentation.
• Implementing Change Management processes, standards & controls.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and/or highly knowledgeable in Investment and Banking, Financial Services or Digital Products/Platforms.
• You have at least more than 2 years experience, ideally within a Product Manager/ Project Manager/ Business Analyst.
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• Possess a keen sense of technology developments, market trends, and needs of the digital product.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• Individual who is highly adaptable, a self-initiator and an action-oriented team player.
• Good project management skills with attention to details, ability to multi-task and work within timelines.
• Have the drive and commitment to follow through in succeeding in a competitive market environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
• Some knowledge of regulatory requirements of the industry.
• Ability to speak Mandarin and experience working with Mandarin speakers to work with our Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
