The Job
Our client is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to be based in Singapore who will be responsible for marketing activities for the ASEAN region. You will be responsible for all marketing activities which include lead generations, industry events and social media marketing communications. Works with sales team to identify, develop, and implement effective and productive marketing strategies and plans.
You responsibilities will include:
- Managing strategic components of marketing plans, in conjunction with internal sales team;
- Defining and execute marketing strategies/plans;
- Ensuring that marketing plans are consistent with company's goals and objectives;
- Assisting with the definition of marketing tactical plans for each territory and product area in order to ensure that tactical plans reflect strategic objectives;
- Following and analyzing market trends to position products;
- Developing datasheets and translate technical details into benefits for the user;
- Training sales team on how to position and sell the products and services;
- Creating marketing materials to communicate product features;
- Developing marketing tools and campaigns to attract new prospects;
- Reviewing market research to identify existing opportunities of profit;
- Managing industry events and social media presence with goal of establishing and maintaining a favorable image with investors, potential customers, employees and the public; and
- Managing lead generations and marketing communications via marketing activities.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in business, sales or marketing;
- You have at least five years of work experience in similar field with minimum one year of leadership experience;
- You are a team player; Self-motivated with excellent communication skills;
- You can operate with minimal supervision;
- You have excellent time management, interpersonal, communications, decision making, presentation and organization skills.
