The Job

Role & Responsibilities:

• Defining of a blueprint for sales processes and the app's user flow
• Support Product Managers/Process Managers to define business requirements for pilot development and future changes
• Assist in conveying and translating business requirement to product developers, with support from IT
• Work with UI/UX designer to influence product’s final look and feel
• Validation of user stories, requirements and design with markets
• Main business contact point for defined markets
• Validate development timelines and align with BU stakeholders in the market
• Prepare management presentations
• Participate in various SCRUM ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, etc) and PI Planning events
• High-level understanding of CRM and Dealer Management System preferred

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
• Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required
• Minimum working experience required 2-3 years (recent graduates will be considered)
• Ability to work in an international and intercultural context
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken. Multi-linguistic abilities would be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of the AGILE methodology
• Digital native, ideally with knowledge in UX (App design)
• Good presentation skills
