The Job

Role & Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist and provide administration supports to Project Management Office (PMO), including site office administration, system administration and document control
  • Part of the member in Procurement; prepare Purchase Quote in NAV and follow up on Purchase Order Issuance
  • Assist in tender process, documents compilation and submission
  • Manage Gebiz and customer e-Portal; monitor and update new sales opportunities and tender invitations
  • Administrate new job registration includes update project details in NAV
  • Generate and update project costing based on PMO’s direction
  • Prepare and submit project progress claim for customer billing
  • Follow up and ensure project handover to Service Division with proper documentation
  • Follow up on project closure and ensure FSR are received timely and accurately
  • Generate & submit KPI report
  • Organize, coordinate, and facilitate weekly Project Operation meeting, including efficient minutes taking
  • Attend IMS (ISO, BCM, etc) internal and external audit and update documents with latest operation process when required
  • Provide ad-hoc supports to Business Unit
