The Job

You are responsible for :

• CME site survey with customer and contractor and generating site survey report for submission.
• Coordinating with customer & contractor to ensure timely execution, site deliveries and meeting project timeline.
• Ensuring site installation requirements/standards/safety are met at all the time.
• Mobile BTS equipment installation, know-how eNodeB LTE/5G Airscale equipment commissioning & Integration for different layers.
• Troubleshooting and performing root cause failure analysis for hardware faults related to mobile equipment.
• Conducting QA and site audit of works done by contractor.
• Preparing site as-built documentation as well as carrying out site acceptance & handover with customer upon completion of site.

The Profile

• You have a diploma in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications/Mobile Communication.
• You have at least 2 years of working experience in implementation, operations & maintenance of Mobile network
• You are familiar with Mobile technology such as GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G; and Internet Technology such as “TCP/IP”.
• You hold basic knowledge in telecommunications engineering and the working concepts of the mobile network.
• Experience and knowledge in mobile equipment and DC power systems will be an added advantage.
• You are a proactive team player and able to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in the area of technical fault isolation and rectification.
• You are willing to work during non-office hours on an occasional basis, alert for ad-hoc faults.
