The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Supporting the Project team in planning, organizing and tracking of the project schedule as well as casting of talents
• Assisting the various teams to make sure projects are running smoothly and delivered on time
• Consolidating and organising meeting/communication notes, feedback, and project-related content/assets
• Assisting in drafting/preparing proposals and presentations to pitch to potential clients
• Conducting research work to assist in projects or ideation of creative proposals
• Handling all other ad-hoc administration tasks when assigned

The Profile

• You have a Degree/Diploma in Business, Design, preferably with Animation or Illustration experience or equivalent
• Having a media background in design, multimedia, or film would be an added advantage
• You are a strong team player with good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• You demonstrate the willingness to learn and are meticulous and responsible
• You are able to work independently as well as cohesively in a team environment
