The Job

You will report to and work closely with the CTO and be responsible for : 

• Translating business requirements into functional specification documents for the engineering team
• Partnering with various business heads to understand business priorities and plan weekly sprints
• Ensuring that development delivery is in line with functional specifications and business requirements

The Profile 

• You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and at least 2 years experience within a similar role ideally including experience in a high growth startup
• You have experience in Agile methodologies
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a strong team player and can adapt to changing business requirements.
