The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Day-to-day project management for integrated projects allocated to you on one or more accounts, from conceptualization through to production
• Scope projects and manage timelines and budgets. To be responsible for escalating any overruns to the line manager. Work in partnership with Brand Management and guide them on project-related client management issues.
• To follow house project management best practices and be an advocate of project management processes within TBWA. Perform your role with thoughtful application of thinking into every action, commitment to the quality and craft of each output, superlative service standards and professionalism, commerciality, efficiency, and initiative, and help maintain a general positive spirit for the team.
• Own the day-to-day project management of assigned projects
• Maintain up- to-date information on the status of projects
• Track, report, and highlight project performance
• Work with other discipline teams
• Define resource requirements for all projects you are responsible for.
• Lead and guide the coordination of relevant departments to ensure project needs are met through the resourcing process
• Accountability for the management of resources, to ensure we limit project financial risks.
• Understand financial processes in an agency
• Able to map resourcing requirements and budgets
• Work on scoping and costing simple projects
• Provide timely responses/follow-up action to client requests on day-to-day deliverables
• Capture accurate feedback from clients and ensure this shared to the relevant stakeholders
• Manage the communication between the working team and clients
• Have basic knowledge and understanding of the latest digital and social platforms
• Manage asset delivery by sourcing information for project requirements
• Aware of and appreciate effective and bold creative work
