The Job
Our client is looking for a Property Housekeeping Manager to join the team
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Ideal Candidate
Skills required:
- Fluent in Mandarin in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- You have a minimum of 1 year of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
- You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
