The Job

You will be part of the Company's pioneer team as a QA Software Engineer. You will play a crucial role in the building the best experience for the Company's clients.

You will be responsible for :

• Collaborating with the product, business, design and engineering teams to deliver a superlative product.
• Contributing to our agility with efficient, manual and automated tests, integrating into a CI/CD pipeline.
• Developing high quality code using all proactive code validation techniques
• Documenting and publishing test plans, test designs, test results and analysis to the product, development teams
• Collaborating with product and development teams to analyze, debug and resolve design and code issues.
• Driving automation for testing and ensuring delivery with quality and performance
• Timely communicating and delivering technical solutions, capabilities and features in business terms.
• Communicating status, issues and risks in a precise and timely manner. 

The Profile

• You possess a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology
• You have at least 2 years development or test automation, manual experience in Python or Java.
• You have experience working in automating test suites using CI/CD pipeline
• You also have experience in Junit, TestNG, Mocking framework, Linux, Scripting, GIT, MySQL, API, REST, React UI, JMeter, Gatling, JaCoCo.
• You have knowledge or testing experience in BigData and other backend systems
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Cucumber, Selenium, Webdriver or others, would be a significant plus.
• Experience in non-functional testing in the aspect of performance, usability, reliability, would be good to have.
• Experience working for a bank, startup or scale-up, would be a strong add.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in documentation, along with an ability to clearly communicate technical details effectively across disciplines, organizations and locations.
• You are capable of creating a superlative product and you have a proven track record of getting things done.
