The Job

Key responsibilities areas :

• Originate and analyse investment opportunities in developed markets across various asset classes;
• Build and analyse financial models and perform market analysis and research to assess real estate opportunities;
• Conduct and coordinate legal, tax, and financial due diligence;
• Preparation of investment memorandums for approval from the Investment Committee, and other investment material;
• Manage entire deal cycle from sourcing and negotiation to execution;
• Lead asset management of completed deals, including monitoring of projects and writing of asset performance reports
• Drive real estate content for the platform and assist with asset management functions

Ideal Candidate

Key competencies :

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant working experience in real estate fund management, property development, M&A, corporate finance, private equity or similar
• Degree in Business, Real Estate Management, Finance or equivalent
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, including Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication to communicate in a clear and succinct style
