The Job

Our client is looking for a Recruiter to join the team

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Ideal Candidate

Skills required:

  • Fluent in Mandarin in order to be able to liaise with stakeholders in the region effectively.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
  • You have the ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • You have experience with recruitment processes and databases.
  • You have the ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You have good interpersonal skills.
