The Job

Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proactive sourcing of suitable candidates via different platforms.
• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting potential candidates to match with the client requirements.
• Acquire new clients through business development/cold calling.
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients and candidates.
• Negotiate terms & offers between clients/companies and successful candidates.
• Any ad-hoc duties as required.

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

• Attained CEI Certification preferred.
• Preferably 1 years of proven track records in recruitment sales or other sales experiences.
• Good understanding of sourcing and recruiting processes.
• Confident, sales driven and results oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
