The Job

You will be responsible for :

Daily Affairs Management:

  • Assist the regional manager or supervisor in handling daily affairs.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, training and other activities.
  • Manage and maintain various documents and reports in the region.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as a communication bridge between the region and the headquarters or other regions.
  • Handle the upload and download of various information in the region to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Coordinate the work between departments to ensure the smooth completion of various tasks.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect and organize various data in the region, analyze and submit reports.
  • Provide decision support based on data analysis results.

Customer Service and Relationship Maintenance:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and other service requests.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers in the region and improve customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor degree or above, no major limit, management and marketing majors are preferred.

Work experience:

  • Candidates with relevant work experience are preferred, especially those with experience in similar positions such as administrative assistants and marketing assistants.

Skill requirements:

  • Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, good at handling interpersonal relationships.
  • Possess data analysis skills and be able to use relevant tools for data processing.
  • Possess problem-solving skills and be able to work efficiently under pressure.

Personal qualities:

  • Have a high sense of responsibility and initiative, and be proactive in work.
  • Have a good team spirit and be able to work closely with colleagues.
  • Be meticulous and conscientious, and have strong learning and adaptability.
