The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Management: Leading interdisciplinary teams in various renewable energy projects, including solar power systems, electric vehicle charging stations, energy storage systems, and related projects. Additionally, you will explore opportunities outside of these areas to contribute to our wide range of renewable and electrical projects.
• Budget Management: Taking a key role in budget oversight to ensure that projects are executed within defined financial parameters and delivered on time. This includes comprehensive tracking of expenses and expenditures and proactive identification of potential budgetary risks.
• Project Execution and Communication: Your responsibilities extend to comprehensive project management, including adherence to project timelines, diligent updates using the ClickUp project management tool, meticulous financial tracking using Excel or similar financial tools, and regular communication updates to stakeholders, including clients, Stepan, and other key decision-makers.
• Expertise and Problem Solving: Leveraging your experience to provide valuable expertise in troubleshooting and addressing challenges that may arise during projects. Collaborating with project engineers and other stakeholders, you will contribute to innovative solutions that drive successful outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

• PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field (compulsory)
• Experience in Renewable Systems (Solar, EV Charging, ESS, or similar)
• Sound mastery of electrical knowledge
• Reading and writing in English is required to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
