The Job

In this role, you will be driving sales through active engagement of customers, sharing product knowledge, explaining and demonstrating the different functions and features of the products.

You will be responsible for :

• Discovering customers' needs and introducing different products and value-added services accordingly
• Providing an excellent customer journey and experience for all customers
• Taking ownership of stock take results
• Managing ageing and returns and a healthy product mix based on sales trend
• Managing purchase orders, receipts and returns
• Maximising the productivity of all sales staff through effective rostering
• Keeping track of overtime, MC and annual leave records for the team

The Profile

• You have at least a Diploma/Higher Nitec in Business Management
• You have 1 year of retail operations experiences in a similar capacity, ideally within the Furniture industry
• You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• You are able to effectively manage multiple priorities while fostering a sense of teamwork
• You are willing to work on weekends and long hours during store setups and openings
• You are proactive and place customers at the heart of everything you do
