The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Supporting the store manager to establish and implement action plans to develop sales for your product category/client segment.
• Do delivery and packing of wines for delivery
• Assist in carrying wine crates and bringing wine out for customers
• Administrative works 
• Handle other Ad-Hoc tasks
• Greeting and receiving customers
• Reply emails and taking order
• Ensuring service excellence and client engagement in the store.
• Ensuring appropriate resource coverage, and supervising logistics and stock management.

Ideal Candidate

• Have a driving licence (Auto/Manual)
• Punctual
• Responsible
• Basic computer skills 
• Microsoft Excel
• Able to work Monday to Saturday
• Fluent in English and Mandarin 
• Able to carry heavy load >22KG
• You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
