The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Handling daily operations of the business
• Responsible for fulfilling or orders through personalisation / customisation
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
• Ascertaining customer's needs and recommending and displaying items that meet these.
• Managing the point-of-sale processes.
• Ensuring maintenance of inventory accuracy and receiving shipments.
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
• Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Escalating customer feedback as required.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Retail Operations, Customer Service or Retail Sales role, ideally within the Retail industry.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
