The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Participating in R&D related projects for product improvements and enhancements. 
• Project management exposure – client's deployment and satisfaction management, product management. 
• Gathering and evaluating user feedback.
• Working as a part of a dynamic team to deliver winning products.
• Escalating technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.
• Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
• Responsible for customer online training, including products, installation and implementation, after-sales problem handling, LIDAR, Chassis, Robot use and other related functions of training. 
• Robot technology FAQ, assist customers to solve problems in the deployment and operation of the service robot. 
• Robot MCU firmware configuration, hardware debugging test. 
• Responsible for writing relevant technical documents, including configuration schemes, implementation schemes, fault manuals, etc. 

Ideal Candidate

• You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics or related field.
• You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within robotics software related field.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You possess strong knowledge of C++, Python and ROS.
• Expertise in Robotics and Startup Experience would be highly valuable.
• Experience in mobile robot navigation and mobile robot motion planning projects is preferred. 
• You are familiar with LINUX (UBUNTU) operating systems.
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You have the knowledge to speak and type Mandarin as this role requires you to liaise with China HQ team and Chinese customers when necessary. You need to be able to read (technical documents).
