The Job

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to grow our new Flooring Division. As a Sales Consultant with us, you will be in-charge of the following:

Sales Duties

• Attend to customer enquiries from various platforms – email/calls/social media/walk-ins.
• Pitch our products and service offerings to potential clients and develop quotes and proposal where appropriate.
• Customer Care - Handling customer feedback or complaints

Website

• Managing Sales enquiries on our e-Commerce platform.
• Managing Online Sales on our e-Commerce platform.
• Ensure that payment is received and,
• Scheduling of Delivery of Online Sales on our e-Commerce platform

Ideal Candidate

Requirements

•  Work experience in similar capacity (Furnishings industry) will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Familiar with E-Commerce Platforms
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiatives
• Strong teamwork, time management, and project management skills.
