Job Description

The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Cold calls to prospects;
- Prepare monthly sales report;
- Promote international air and ocean services;
- Achieve sales target;
- Identify potential clients and develop new accounts;
- To manage sales and daily logistics duties;
- Ensure high customer satisfaction;
- Conduct Marketplace and research;
- Identify and enlarge targeted customer base;
- Ensure smooth freight service from pick up to delivery;
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales (B2C), Sales Operations / Support or Inside Sales role, ideally within the Shipping industry.
- You possess solid expertise in Enterprise Sales and Direct Sales.
- Experience within Area Sales would be a strong advantage.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
