The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Generate new business pipelines and interest in following up on inbound leads & generating leads through outbound.
  • Speak to, and demonstrate, the value. products and services
  • Discover business initiatives and acting as the prospect's internal advocate
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Build a point of view on how to help qualify a customer’s needs
  • Negotiate/close deals & learn how to anticipate and prepare for objections
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  • You have at least 2 years experience within a Sales Operations / Support role, ideally within the food & beverages industry.
  • Tamil language knowledge is required
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
