The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Generate new business pipelines and interest in following up on inbound leads & generating leads through outbound.
- Speak to, and demonstrate, the value. products and services
- Discover business initiatives and acting as the prospect's internal advocate
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Build a point of view on how to help qualify a customer’s needs
- Negotiate/close deals & learn how to anticipate and prepare for objections
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Sales Operations / Support role, ideally within the food & beverages industry.
- Tamil language knowledge is required
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
