The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing sales and marketing strategies and programs to meet sales target.
  • Maintaining and expanding customer database. Identify potential new customers and maintain good sales and sustainable relationship with existing customers.
  • Generating leads for potential clients/agencies.
  • Walking through with the client/agency on the entire process from proposals to signing-off of contract for campaign.
  • Developing and penetrating new markets to source and secure more deals, as well as to gain market share.
  • Understanding market requirements and stay up to date with industry trends.
  • Keeping clients/agencies updated with the latest information (e.g., pricing, promotions, new products).

Ideal Candidate

  •  You have a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience as Sales Manager.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  You have ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You have strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • You have ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • You have proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
