The Job

Responsibilities:

• Acquiring clients, Maintaining accounts, and telemarketing to new clients
• Liaising and developing relationships with new and existing clients.
• Sourcing for items that the platform strategically needs
• Liaising with internal and external parties for streamline of marketing and promotional activities.
• Attending to client’s requests and provide prompt account servicing.
• Drive sales growth

Ideal Candidate

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales Operations / Support, Sales (B2C) or Inside Sales role, ideally within the Transport & Logistics industry.
• You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
• You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
